25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking as a confirmation deposit.
The remaining 75% must be paid at check-in.
All consumptions and extra services carried out during the stay will be charged at check-out.
Cancellations more than 30 days before the check-in date: full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations between 15 and 30 days in advance: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations with less than 15 days’ notice: no refund.
Date changes can be made at no extra cost, as long as they are requested at least 30 days in advance and subject to availability.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Force majeure situations (such as natural disasters or public health emergencies) will be assessed on an individual basis and may result in a full refund or credit for a future stay.
At the time of check-in, a deposit will be required by credit card (temporarily held), for the following amounts:
Reservations up to 3 nights: 500€
Bookings between 4 and 7 nights: 1.000€
The security deposit can be used to cover:
Damage or loss caused to facilities or equipment during the stay;
Additional unpaid costs, such as extra services requested.
The amount of the deposit will be released after check-out if there are no damages or outstanding costs.
Bookings of 7 nights or more receive an automatic 10% discount on the total price of the stay.
This discount will be applied automatically at the time of booking, provided that the length and conditions of the stay meet the above criteria.
